Our $85 service call covers the diagnostic visit and is fully credited toward the repair when you approve the work. Most window AC repairs and AC tune-ups run $90–$280 total after the credit. Thermostat installations and mini-split service calls typically fall in the same range. We give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins.
Can you come the same day?

What brands and types of HVAC equipment do you service?
We service window air conditioners (all major brands — LG, Frigidaire, Midea, GE, Friedrich), mini-split/ductless systems (Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Pioneer), and most residential thermostats (Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, Emerson). We also service central AC condensers for tune-ups and refrigerant work — EPA 608 certified for sealed-system refrigerant handling.
What warranty do you offer?
30-day labor warranty on all repairs. Parts we supply carry a 90-day parts warranty. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we come back at no labor charge.
Do you handle full system replacements?
Yes — from repairs and tune-ups to full system replacement projects, call us and we'll handle it. We coordinate the full scope of work so you get one point of contact from diagnosis through completion.
Can you repair my furnace the same day?
Yes — most furnace repairs (control board, gas valve, blower motor, ignitor, pressure switch) are completed same day. We stock common parts. Our $85 diagnostic is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranties on all furnace repairs.
Are you licensed and insured for refrigerant work?
Yes. Our technician holds EPA Section 608 Type I certification, which authorizes refrigerant handling on sealed HVAC and refrigeration systems. We are also California BEAR registered (#A 50636) and carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
